Obituary

The following obituary was constructed via a genealogy effort since a newspaper obituary could not be found:
Madge Rafferty,53, passed away on September 25, 2001 at her home in Chaplin, Connecticut. Madge was born on December 7, 1947, in Willimantic, Connecticut to Dr. Francis Brae Rafferty and Ann (Postemsky) Rafferty. Madge was survived by her mother Ann (Postemsky) Rafferty , and two brothers, Frank Patrick Rafferty of Guilford, Vermont, and Brae Rafferty of Mystic, Connecticut. Madge worked as an artist and art restorer before her death. Madge was interred at Russ Cemetery in Chaplin.
Genealogy Note: Madge’s mother Anne passed away on November 9, 2009, and Madge’s brother Frank Patrick passed away on February 5 2013.
