Obituary

Kenneth Lloyd Bedard, 67, of Willimantic, CT, died April 22, 2014 in Windham Hospital. He was born June 18, 1946 in Willimantic the son of the late William J. and Antoinette (Marshall) Bedard. Ken was an electrical engineer employed by Brand Rex in Willimantic. His survivors include a sister, Kim Raggi and her husband Peter of Mansfield Center; four nephews: Joshua Capral, Peter Raggi, lll, Anthony Raggi and Jerron Bedard. He also leaves several grandnephews and grandnieces. He was predeceased by his brother, Gerald Bedard. Calling hours are Friday, 4/25/14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bacon Funeral Home, 71 Prospect St. Willimantic. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 4/26/14, at 11:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, Jackson St. Willimantic. Burial will be Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Companions Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 956, Manchester, CT 06040.
