Robert S. Bob Spector, a devoted family man and faithful member of the Jehovah's Witness community, passed away on January 25, 2024, at Lowell General Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Portsmouth, VA, Bob was the son of the late Stanley M. and Lena (Ruma) Spector.

Bob graduated from Windham High School in Windham, CT, with the class of 1965 and went on to earn his BA in History and Sociology from UConn. He owned and operated Lloyd's Auto Parts of Manchester, CT, and previously managed Stan's Auto Parts in Willimantic, CT, the family business.

In 1975, Bob was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He enjoyed teaching Bible truths and sharing his beliefs with others in Connecticut and more recently in the Chelmsford, MA area.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathryn, his three daughters, Cher and her husband, Brent Hugus of Chelmsford, MA, Carie and her husband, Duane Milhomme of Willimantic, CT, and Robyn and her husband, Joe Nelson of Tompkinsville, KY. Bob is also survived by his granddaughter, Alexi Hugus. Bob was predeceased by his brother, Ron Spector and his brothers-in-law, Ken and John Bailey.

A memorial talk to celebrate Bob's life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 559 Pine Street, Lowell MA. Please join the family in remembering and honoring a man who touched the lives of so many with his kindness, devotion, and love.
