Obituary

GAINES. Sandra L. Gaines, 48, of 41 Knollcrest Road, Norwich, died Wednesday (July 18, 1995) at Hartford Hospital, Hartford. She was born in Willimantic, July 8, 1947, daughter of Constance (Anderberg) LaBonte of Willimantic, and the late Raymond LaBonte. She married Donald Gaines, Sept. 2, 1967, in Willimantic, who survives her. She was a member of Park Congregational Church, and the Bell Choir. Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Donald B. Gaines Jr. of Norwich; a daughter, Christine Beausoleil of Jewett City; a brother, John LaBonte of Willimantic; a granddaughter; a niece; and a nephew. A memorial service will be Friday, July 28, 1995, 11 a.m., at Park Congregational Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations, in her memory, may be made to the Park Congregational Church, 283 Broadway, Norwich 06360. The Church & Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St., Norwich, has charge of arrangements.
